TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 7:00 P.M., January 12, 1999, Easton Town Council Chambers.

PURPOSE: Consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand, or remain in the State and advice of counsel.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, §10-508(a)(4), §10-508(a)(7),

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, N. Clem, H. Hoyt Heinmuller, Mayor C. Butler, Town Engineer and Town Attorney C. Kehoe. Talbot County Council members present were R. Higgins, W. Dyott, L. Harrison, H. Spence and P. Foster. D. Hayes, Talbot County Economic Development Coordinator was also present.

The attraction and retention options were discussed.

The Town Attorney was consulted.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
