PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, N. Clem, Mayor C. Butler, Town Engineer H. Grunden, Assistant Town Engineer T. Glass, Durrie Hayes, Talbot County Economic Development Coordinator.

Mr. Hayes briefed on a business proposal.

Mr. Heinmuller and Mr. Kehoe, the Town Attorney joined the meeting at 6:05 P.M.

Discussion followed.

The Council indicated a desire to meet with the County Council on January 11 or 12.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 6:45 P.M.
