Glass, Easton Utilities Assistant General Manager J. Silvius, Town Planner, T. Hamilton, Chief G. Harvey and Town Attorney C. Kehoe.

ABSENT: N. Clem.

The Town Attorney discussed matters regarding real estate.

The Town Engineer discussed development issues.

Discussion occurred on the 1999 MML Fall Legislative Conference.

At 9:05 P.M., Mr. Glass, Mr. Grunden and Mr. Silvius departed the meeting.

The Town Attorney briefed the Council on a personnel issue.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 9:11 P.M.
