PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, N. Clem, H. Hoyt Heinmuller, Mayor C. Eugene Butler, Town Engineer H. Grunden, Assistant Town T. Glass, and Town Attorney C. Kehoe.

The Town Attorney briefed on personnel issues and a real estate matter.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 8:32 P.M.
