PURPOSE: To consider matters concerning the advice of legal counsel.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section §10-508(a)(7).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, N. Clem, Mayor C. Butler, Town Engineer H. Grunden, Assistant Town Engineer T. Glass, and Town Attorney C. Kehoe.

ABSENT: Councilman H. Heinmuller.

At 9:34 P.M., discussion of various park issues occurred including the approval previously granted by the Park Board for Mr. Rauch’s proposal. Park Board personnel and functions were discussed

After consultation with the Town Attorney, the President of the Council declared the Executive Session closed at 10:03 P.M.
