PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members, G. Mayer, N. Clem, H. Hoyt Heinmuller, Mayor C. Butler, Town Attorney C. Kehoe. Council member J. Ford was absent. MCTV members Ms. Judy Pinsky, Mr. Tom Egeberg, Mr. Chip Eaton, Mr. Dick Orrell and Mr. Bob Lyons.

Discussion occurred relevant to the appointment of personnel.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 6:55 P.M.
