TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 7:46 P.M., June 1, 1998, Easton Town Council Chambers.

PURPOSE: To consider matters that concern contracts, personnel and real estate.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(4), Section §10-508(3), Section 10-508(4 )(a)(i).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, N. Clem, H. Hoyt Heinmuller, Mayor C. Butler, Town Engineer H. Grunden, Assistant Town T. Glass, Town Attorney C. Kehoe.

The Town Engineer discussed a letter he had received regarding real estate.

The Town Clerk briefed the Council on a lease for Town of Easton property.

At 8:06 P.M., the Town Engineer and Mr. Glass departed.

The President of the Council discussed a matter regarding personnel.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
