PURPOSE: To discuss matters relating to business and personnel.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(4) and Section 10-508(1)(ii).

PRESENT: Council Pres. R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, N. Clem, H. Heinmuller, Mayor G. Butler, Town Engineer H. Grunden, Chief George M. Harvey, Town Attorney C. Kehoe, Assistant Town Attorney S. Kehoe, T. Glass and B. Russell of the Easton Utilities Commission, and Assistant Town Planner L. Thomas.

Mr. Grunden discussed an Internet Service.

Consultation with the Town Attorney occurred regarding personnel.

Mr. Willey stated that he is very optimistic about the new Chief.

Upon a motion made by Mrs. Clem and seconded by Mr. Mayer, the Town Council voted to end the Executive Session at 8:20 P.M.
