TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 8:25 P.M., April 6, 1998, Easton Town Council Chambers.

PURPOSE: To consider matters relating to personnel and contracts.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(ii), Section §10-508(14).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, J. Ford, G. Mayer, N. Clem, H. Heinmuller, Mayor C. Butler, Chief of Police WE Chase, Sr., Town Attorney C. Kehoe, Assistant Town Attorney S. Kehoe, Town Engineer H. Grunden and T. Glass, M. Heckler and B. Russell of EUC.

The Town Engineer discussed negotiation issues.

The Town Engineer, Mr. Glass, Mr. Russell and Mr. Heckler departed the meeting at 8:47 P.M.

Mr. Heinmuller discussed Board appointments.

The President of the Council adjourned the closed session and reconvened into open session at 8:49 P.M.
