PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, N. Clem, Mayor C. Butler, Chief of Police Col. W. Chase, the Town Engineer H. Grunden, T. Glass and M. Heckler and B. Russell of EUC.

The Town Engineer briefed the Council members on a negotiating strategy.

The Assistant Town Attorney S. Kehoe arrived at 6:02 P.M. H. Heinmuller, Council member arrived at 6:07 P.M.

The Town Engineer briefed the Council on a utility extension.

The Town Engineer briefed the Council on a building project.

The Town Attorney arrived at 6:28 P.M. Mr. Heckler and Mr. Russell departed the meeting at 6:33 P.M.

At 6:34 P.M., Mr. Bob Rauch and Mr. Phil Russell joined the meeting and discussed a proposal.

Mr. Mayer joined the meeting at 6:39 P.M

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 6:48 P.M.
