PRESENT: Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, N. Clem, H. Heinmuller, Mayor Butler, Town Attorney C. Kehoe, Assistant Town Attorney S. Kehoe and Chief of Police W. Chase.

The Council discussed the appointment of an official for the Town of Easton.
