PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, N. Clem, H. Hoyt Heinmuller, Mayor C. Butler, Town Attorney C. Kehoe, Assistant Town Attorney S. Kehoe, Town Engineer H. Grunden, Tim Glass of EUC and Steve Seawright.

The Town Engineer discussed utility extensions to attract industrial businesses.

Mr. Seawright departed at 8:21 P.M.

The Town Engineer and Mr. Tim Glass departed at 8:26 P.M.

Discussion occurred on personnel issues.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 9:48 P.M.
