PRESENT: Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, N. Clem, H. Hoyt Heinmuller, Mayor C. Butler, Assistant Town Attorney S. Kehoe, Captain Dallas Pope of the Maryland State Police and Chief of Police Wade A. Roche of the St. Michaels Police Dept.

Capt. Pope and Chief Roche briefed the Town Council and the Mayor on the Chief of Police selection process employed by the interview board. Various discussion occurred concerning qualifications and methodology used.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 6:55 P.M.
