PURPOSE: To discuss real estate.

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, H. Mayer, N. Clem; H. Heinmuller, Mayor C. Eugene Butler, the Chief of Police, the Assistant Town Engineer Mr. Lineberry. Mr. Don Bibb and Mr. Bob Aldrich of the Housing Authority, Carolyn Jaffee representing East End, Mr. Ed White from the State Department of Community Development. The Town Attorney and Assistant Town Attorney S. Kehoe joined the meeting at 6:05 P.M.

The Council received a proposal for the purchase of real estate. The Council discussed the negotiation strategy related to how to deal with the proposal.

At 6:30 P.M., the Housing Authority representatives and Mr. White from the State departed the meeting.

The Town Attorney briefed the Council on a personnel matter.

Mr. Willey closed the Executive Session and adjourned at approximately 6:45 P.M.
