TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 8:00P.M., December 15, 1997, Easton Town Council Chambers.

PURPOSE: To discuss possible litigation.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(8)

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, H. Mayer, N. Clem; Mayor C. Eugene Butler, Col. Chase, the Assistant Town Engineer and the Town Attorney.

ABSENT: Council member H. Hoyt Heinmuller.

At 8:00 P.M., Mr. Ford moved to convene into Closed Executive Session.

The Town Attorney gave advice of counsel related to potential litigation.

Mr. Willey closed the Executive Session and reconvened into Open Session at 8:20P.M.
