PURPOSE: To discuss personnel.

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(1)(ii).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Councilmembers J. Ford, H. Heinmuller, N. Clem and Mayor C. Eugene Butler.

Discussion occurred concerning personnel matters.

Mr. Willey closed the Executive Session at 7:15P.M.
