CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(9).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, N. Clem, H. Heinmuller; Mayor C. Eugene Butler, Col. W. Chase, Assistant Town Engineer B. Lineberry, and Town Attorney Christopher Kehoe.

A real estate matter was discussed.

Mr. Willey closed the Executive Session at 6:55 P.M.
