TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 8:12P.M., November 17, 1997

PURPOSE: To discuss possible litigation.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(8)

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, N. Clem; Mayor C. Eugene Butler, Col. W. Chase, Town Engineer H. Grunden, Assistant Town Engineer B. Lineberry, Town Attorney, Assistant Town Attorney S. Kehoe and the Town Planner T. Hamilton.

At 9:21 P.M., Mr. Mayer moved to convene into Closed Executive Session. The Town Attorney discussed possible litigation and options which were being considered.

Mr. Willey closed the Executive Session and reconvened into Open Session at 10:00 P.M.
