PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, N. Clem; Mayor C. Eugene Butler, Col. W. Chase and Town Engineer H. Grunden.

ABSENT: Council member H. Heinmuller

At 8:12 P.M., Mr. Mayer moved to convene into Closed Executive Session. The Town Engineer and the Town Attorney discussed personnel as permitted under Section 10-508(a)(1) of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

Mr. Willey closed the Executive Session and reconvened into Open Session at 8:39 P.M.
