TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 6:00 p.m., December 16, 2002

PURPOSE: To discuss public security.

CITATION: §10-508(10) (ii).

Present: Mayor Butler, President Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed. Ms. Jackson-Amis was excused. Ms. Kathy Foster of the Talbot County Health Department was also present.

Ms. Foster briefed the Council on the Talbot County contingency plan.

The Town Engineer, Mr. Glass arrived at 6:06 p.m.

Mr. Glass updated the Council on the Department of Social Services building.

The President of the Council closed the Executive Session at 6:50 p.m.
