TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 9:23 p.m., December 15, 2003.

PURPOSE:      Personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals.

CITATION: §10-508(1)(ii).

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Ms. Jackson-Amis, Town Planner Mr. Hamilton and Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe.

Discussed occurred regarding correspondence affecting personnel.  

There being no further comments, upon motion by Mr. Wendowski seconded by Mr. Jensen and carried unanimously, the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 10:05 p.m.
