TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 8:35 p.m., December 1, 2003.

PURPOSE: Consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

CITATION: §10-508(7).

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Ms. Jackson-Amis, Town Planner Mr. Hamilton and Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe.

The Town Attorney discussed proposed draft legislation and suggested that the Council address any comments or concerns before introduction.

There being no further comments, the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 8:36 p.m.
