TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 8:22 p.m., November 17, 2003.

PURPOSE: Consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand, or remain in the State.

CITATION: §10-508(4).

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Ms. Jackson-Amis, Town Planner Mr. Hamilton and Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe.

Discussion occurred on a proposal for a downtown business.

There being no further comments, the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 9:29 p.m.
