7:15 PM PUBLIC HEARING to obtain views of citizens on Community Development and Housing needs and to offer citizens the opportunity to review an application for gap funding for infrastructure upgrades to Hawkes Hill Road including construction of curb, gutter, storm drains, re-grading and re-paving.

Resolution No. 5926 authorizing the submittal of an application for Community Development Block Grant funds in the amount of $350,000.
