TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 9:09 p.m., September 2, 2003.

PURPOSE: Consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Ms. Jackson-Amis and Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe.

Discussion occurred on Open Meetings sessions and the Open Meetings Law.

The Town Attorney briefed on potential litigation and offered advice of counsel.

There being no further comments, the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 9:49 p.m.
