TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 6:05 p.m., August 21, 2003.

PURPOSE:  To consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and matters directly related thereto.

CITATION: §10-508(13).

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Assistant Town Attorney Mr. Steve Kehoe, and Economic Development Coordinator Mr. Bond.

Mr. Bond briefed on potential project and parking issues for the project.

At 6:25 p.m., Mr. Bond departed the meeting and Ms. Jackson-Amis arrived.

Ms. Jackson-Amis was briefed on the issues.

There being no further comments, the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 6:50 p.m.
