TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 6:30 p.m., August 18, 2003.

PURPOSE:  To discuss contract negotiations and consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

CITATION: §10-508(14) and §10-508(7).

Present: Mayor Robert C. Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Jackson-Amis, Assistant Town Attorney Ms. Van Emburgh, President and CEO Easton Utilities Hugh E. Grunden, CFO and Vice President of Finance Mr. George Roberts and Manager of Cable Communications Mr. Bill Russell.

Mr. Grunden discussed the negotiations of a contract.

At 6:34 p.m., Mr. Jensen and Mr. Wendowski arrived.

At 6:50 p.m., the President of the Council adjourned the meeting.
