CONVENING

The Mayor and Council met in a workshop session at 5:30 p.m. in the Planning and Zoning conference room.

WORKSHOP MEETING

Mr. Bond briefed on the Community Legacy program and the handout.

Mr. Bond stated that the emphasis has shifted from a grant to a loan type program for capital funds. He stated that there is limited funding available.

Discussion occurred on Community Legacy plan area and proposed projects.

Mayor Willey departed the meeting at 5:51 p.m.

At 5:55 p.m., there being no further discussion, the President of the Council adjourned the Workshop.
