TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 6:15 p.m., August 4, 2003.

PURPOSE: To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

Present: Mayor Robert C. Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Ms. Jackson-Amis, the Town Attorney, Mr. Kehoe, Town Engineer Mr. Glass and Mr. Adams, Water and Wastewater Department Manager.

The Town Attorney briefed on issues related to water and sewer allocation process and potential consequences.

Mr. Bond joined the meeting at 6:37 p.m.

Mayor Willey departed the meeting at 6:41 p.m.

At 6:55, the Acting President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session.
