Present: Mayor Robert C. Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Ms. Jackson-Amis, the Town Attorney, Mr. Kehoe and Mr. Al Bond Economic Development Coordinator.

Mr. Al Bond briefed on the Safeway and Dudrow vote.

At 6:55, the Acting President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session.
